Intetics Co (intetics.com) invites IT recruiter to work with the USA market in Kharkov or Kiev office.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in IT Recruiting

1+ year experience in IT Recruiting on the USA market

Upper Intermediate level of English

Understanding of software development companies principles

Understanding of offshore software development specifics

High culture in verbal and written communications

Responsibilities:

Recruiting: headhunting, active search IT specialists in the USA

Communication with the clients, project owners to ensure understanding of the projects needs in IT specialists and its fulfillment.
